i have been on n.o. explode for almost a year now it had taken me from an average kid to a monster i lifted heavier and more reps at the same time. but after i started getting angry kind of fast i got off of it now it has been three weeks off i went for superpump 250. to be honest its something new so i dont know if its better but it has already bulked me up a little bit from what i already was but so far i think it might be

SUPERPUMP 250 crushes NO XPLODE
Super Pump 250 gives me massive dierrha, but it works great. Orange is the best flavor in my opinion. Now for No explode I get about the same results but no dierrha. I do seem stronger on super pump 250 also. I think it’s best to switch back and forth by month
I’m an amateur bodybuilder that has tried almost every preworkout know to man. And superpump is by far my favorite. I love how easy it mixes and doesn’t fome up whenever you shake it. The flavor is great and not really sour like NOs. So for massive pumps and water hose like vains I recommend superpump to all my friends.
I love me some SP250!!! Love the feeling it gives me, and the results I get! IMO I feel it it much more effective than NO-Xplode.
SP250 gets me nauseous and NO-Explode doesn’t. I feel the same when it comes to lifting on both. See which one doesn’t make you sick.
